FLOC was designed for professionals who are actively working in or supporting the coworking and flexible workspace industry. We look for members with at least two years of foundational industry experience — enough to show you're serious, engaged, and ready to grow alongside a community of peers who are equally committed to this sector. That might mean you're working for a coworking space, supporting operators as a vendor or consultant, building a flexible workspace brand, or driving workplace strategy from the inside.

Joining the FLOC is simple. Visit our membership page, choose the plan aligned with your career stage, and submit your application. Once we’ve had a chance to review your application to ensure that eligibility criteria is met you will receive a link to pay your membership dues. Once paid, you'll immediately get access to our community forums, event calendar, leadership resources, and member directory. Your journey starts the moment you commit to the FLOC.

Your membership belongs to you, not your employer. That means your community, your connections, and your growth go wherever you go — no matter where you work or who you work for. That said, many of our members successfully request reimbursement through their company's learning and development (L&D) budget. If your employer offers a professional development stipend, Future Leaders of Coworking membership is an easy case to make.
