Future Leaders of Coworking | Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, memberships, websites, applications, events, and digital platforms (“Services”) provided by Future Leaders of Coworking LLC (“FLOC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Membership Agreement (which includes our Refund Policy). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • Memberships are intended for individuals; organizations may sponsor memberships, but accounts remain individual.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to anyone at our discretion.

2. Memberships, Payments, and Renewals

  • Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase or renewal.

  • Memberships renew automatically (annual or monthly, as selected) unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). FLOC does not store payment card details.

  • Our Membership Agreement applies and includes our Refund Policy: all membership fees are non-refundable.

3. Use of Services & Community Standards

When participating in FLOC programs, forums, mentorships, or events, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and professionalism.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.

  • Avoid spamming, aggressive sales, or solicitation within the community.

  • Respect confidentiality of discussions and member information.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

FLOC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these standards.

4. Employer & Professional Conduct

  • Memberships are personal to the individual member, even if paid for or sponsored by an employer. Memberships are not transferable without FLOC’s prior written consent.

  • Members may not use FLOC platforms to solicit, recruit, or hire employees, contractors, or clients of other members or their employers.

  • Members are responsible for ensuring that any information shared through FLOC does not violate confidentiality or contractual obligations owed to an employer or third party.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, branding, and resources provided by FLOC are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • You may use content solely for personal and professional development.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit FLOC content without written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit to FLOC platforms.

  • By posting or sharing content, you grant FLOC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with our Services.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate the law.

7. Disclaimers

  • FLOC provides Services for networking, education, and professional development without guarantees of career outcomes, employment, or business success.

  • All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FLOC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

  • FLOC’s total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FLOC, its officers, directors, advisors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

  • FLOC may suspend or terminate your membership or access at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or act in a way that harms the community.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings; however, no refunds will be issued.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, unless prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
